SHIPPING POLICY
As soon as your hand dyed yarn(s) are ready to post I will update your order to let you know they have been sent. UK postage will be sent via Hermes, items to everywhere else will be sent Standard International through Royal Mail. If you would like your parcel to be tracked I will update a listing for you with the amended postage fee. I will also combine shipping and refund any extra amount paid. With over seas orders you may be charge import fees and duty. I am not responsible for these and unfortunately I cannot do anything about them.
RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase I will ofcourse refund you within 14 days of it arriving. When I have recieved any items back in their original condition I will the refund your purchase. Unfortunately I can not cover the cost of postage back to myself or to you so the amount refunded would be the cost of the item only, unless the fault is mine.
