FAQ
How do I order from you?
Pigment and Ply usually has either in stock yarn updated every few months which is yarn that is ready to ship and will be posted in 3-5 working days. Or we have Pre Order Collections. This is where you can order whichever yarn you want in the quantity you would like and it will be dyed especially for you! These Pre-orders can range in size so can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to complete and ship.
Where is my order?
Please email me directly to pigmentandply@outlook.com if you have a query about your order. If it is a Pre-Order please remember that they can take from 8-12 weeks to complete. If it is an Instock order then it can take 3-5 working days to ship your order. You will be notified via email when your order has been shipped. Please check your junk and spam folders too. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me about your order and I will reply to your email as soon as possible!
I love colourway from a previous collection - Can I order it?
If the colourway is from a past collection then unfortunately not. I have to plan the year out months ahead and dye time is limited. At this time I am unable to dye custom orders but the colourway may come back in the future for pre orders so keep an eye out!
Will you be having an Advent Calendar this year?
Yes! Advents are usually launched around the end of March/April time. If you would like to be kept up to date on this then please sign up to my newsletter at the bottom of my homepage. I will release all information like inspiration, yarn options and extras closer to the time!
I missed your Pre-Order, Can I still order?
No. I am really sorry and I would love to say yes to everyone but I have to keep pre-orders limited to that time only. Usually I give a 2-4 weeks lead up to a collection so you will know well in advance when it is going to be. If I say yes to one person then I can't say no to another, It is just a boundary that I have to set. Thank you for understanding.
I would like to change my address or something about my order. How do I contact you?
If you have a query about your order or want to change any of the information please email me at pigmentandply@outlook.com with your order number. I can not respond to order queries via Instagram.

Do you except returns?
Yes I do, If for whatever reason you would like to return your order or cancel it please let me know within 2 weeks of purchase. Any yarn that has arrived with you must be returned back to me before a refund can be processed. The returned yarn must be in the same state it was sent in and suitable for resale otherwise I can not refund it. Please find more information about this in my Shipping and Returns section.
Do you ship to my country?
The short answer is Yes! I ship worldwide. If you go to checkout then it will give you the price for shipping to you when you put your address in. Shipping prices change based on weight of the parcel.
Will Brexit effect my order?
I am still able to ship to EU countries however, you may experience customs and VAT charges based on your country. These charges are the customers responsibilty to pay. If your item is returned to me as the customs have not been paid then I will refund the item amount without postage and any charges or fees I have obtained. If the item is destroyed because the customs fees have not been paid then I am unable to refund.
